St Colette’s offers children first class teaching and pastoral care. We enjoy an outstanding academic record, with our children being consistently and successfully prepared for entry into leading Cambridge schools. This is thanks to our school ethos, which is that every child matters and our small classes which are staffed by highly qualified and experienced staff.
Our pupils are encouraged to achieve excellence in many spheres and to develop their strengths. Support and extension groups are developed to cater for individual needs. We shall shortly be further developing the work undertaken by the school to support children of average and above average intelligence with specific learning needs, and will also be creating a studio facility for gifted children.
Parents and guardians are always welcome to see our teaching practices first hand – simply book an appointment to visit us. The emphasis is on a structured and broad curriculum which includes music, drama, dance, speech, French and ICT and is based upon the National Curriculum.
